This last ouevre of work by George Kowzan was a culmination of his skills developed from his 3D granite & neon sculptures & large 3D art mosaic pieces.

The Bas-Reliefs used a combination of materials:- ceramic, Venetian glass, cappucino marble, peacock & oyster slate, stainless steel & smaiti. Most measure 1 metre tall & 55 cm. wide although some are smaller & others form a diptych or triptych.

The subject matter is the view from Kowzan's house - the sky, sea, beach & rocks at night or day, an ever changing seascape.
