Jae's main themes explore the relationship between people and their environment. Her work combines several techniques including oil painting, stitched and printed textiles.

She tutors and lectures internationally and has work in several public collections. She is a member of the 62 Group of Textile Artists and the Contextus Exhibiting Group and recently had a very successful touring solo show 'Chance Encounters'.
