Lilium convallium album. Lily of the valley or May lily. This plant is neither in the Cat. Cant. nor its Appendix. It was shewn me in great plenty in White–wood near Gamlingay, by Mr Ridgely, an eminent Surgeon and Apothecary, at Potton. Martyn,1732,2:82.

At NE corner of White Wood, nr Gamlingay, turn off rd. down track along edge of wood with cottage on L. Cross 1st stile on L. & follow grass walk (with broom etc on L. and trees on R.) to corner of White Wood. Turn L., take 1st path on R. (about 80 yds along), turn L. at plantation of conifers & follow round 2 sides. At 2nd corner continue straight on for about 50 yards, There is then a large patch on the right. 14.5.1952, PH Oswald, Card index.
