Latest ripe of all the sorts: plentifully about Bishops Hatfield. see also vars 24, 25, 26 which are said to be more Bullace. 21 Bullace P. insititia, it varies with black and white or rather wax coloures fruit, and also as Mr Dale says, with a red little unpleasant fruit in the hedges of Essex and Suffolk.
