What is the plan? Play Red and rush Yellow to 1? Any other options?

Answer: Play yellow.

Although you have a rush to hoop 1, it doesn't offer much of a break and could be dangerous (Why?).

• Roquet red
• Take off to black (sending red towards hoop 4)
• Take off from black to blue (sending black in from the boundary a few yards)

and you have an excellent break chance.
